Abstract

本发明提供一种臭氧-生物滤池系统,该系统中氧气存储器与臭氧发生器相连,臭氧发生器与臭氧处理器的底端相连,臭氧处理器的顶端与尾气吸收器相连,尾气吸收器通过第三止回阀与臭氧处理器的底端相连,臭氧处理器的顶端设有进液口,臭氧处理器的底端与第一生物滤池的底端相连,第一生物滤池内由下自上设有支撑层、生物活性炭层及锰砂层,第一生物过滤池的侧壁上设有出液口,出液口所在位置高于锰砂层所在位置。本发明的有益效果是能够提高臭氧的利用率及生物滤池中微生物对有机物的降解;第一生物滤池中的生物活性炭层和锰砂层能够将污水中的有机物、铁及锰同时除去,而且占地面积小;具有结构简单,维修方便,加工成本低、净化效率高等优点。
The invention provides an ozone-biofilter system. According to the system, an oxygen storage device is connected with an ozone generator, the ozone generator is connected with the bottom end of an ozone processor, the top end of the ozone processor is connected with an exhaust gas absorber, the exhaust gas absorber is connected with the bottom end of the ozone processor through a third check valve, the top end of the ozone processor is provided with a liquid inlet, the bottom end of the ozone processor is connected with the bottom end of a first biofilter, a support layer, a biological activated carbon layer and a manganese sand layer are arranged in the first biofilter from bottom to top, a liquid outlet is formed in the sidewall of the first biofilter, and the position where the liquid outlet is located is higher than that where the manganese sand layer is located. The system has the beneficial effects that the utilization ratio of ozone and the organic substance degradation of microorganisms in the biofilter can be increased; organic substances, iron and manganese can be simultaneously removed from sewage by the biological activated carbon layer and the manganese sand layer in the first biofilter, and the floor area is small; the system has the advantages of simple structure, convenience in repair, low processing cost, high purification efficiency and the like.
